Pin Grading System


Enamel pins are handmade, so it is always prone to minor imperfections. 

A - GRADE (STANDARD) 
These pins have the highest quality of the batch!

may contain minor imperfections (not noticeable from afar) such as: 

  • Tiny dust / bubbles / dots / light scratches / scuffing on the metal or enamel
  • Minor imperfection on the back side of the pins
  • Minor underfill, overfill or uneven areas
  • Slightly misaligned screen printing

B - GRADE (SECONDS) 
Have more imperfections that are noticeable. Some example of imperfections: 

  • Noticeable dust / bubbles / dots / light scratches / scuffing on plating or enamel
  • Discoloration of metal or enamel
  • Major underfill or overfill
  • Misaligned screen printing or missing small area of screen printing
  • Small area of missing enamel
  • Slightly loose posts/ backings

Shipping Information

✨IMPORTANT NOTICE for EU/UK Customers✨

All EU and UK customers will have to pay additional VAT taxes and service fees incurred at your country's custom offices. 

JYK Doodles will not be collecting or remitting VAT, meaning it will be collected by your country when the package reaches customs. Package delays may occur depending on your location as well. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be before purchasing.

JYK Doodles is not responsible for import taxes, and these will not be part of the item price or shipping cost. Additional taxes/charges/fees are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to your country to claim your package.

If we receive a returned package from customs:

a) Pay shipping again to have the package re-sent OR

b) Refund your order, minus the original shipping costs.

✨How long does it take for my order to ship? ✨

It usually takes me 3-5 business days to pack your order. I try to ship out the order as soon as I can! Please keep this in mind when ordering gifts for your friends, as I cannot pack your order ahead of others for personal reasons.

✨When will my order arrive?✨

For US it takes up to 1 week, and if delayed may take up to 3 weeks.

For all other international orders it takes from 2 weeks up to 3 months due to Covid-19 delay.

Please don't hesitate to contact me regarding your order if it seems to be arriving late / got lost. Additionally, if you have not received your tracking number (if applicable) please check your spam mail, and if not please contact me!

✨What do I do if my order is lost / delayed? ✨

I ship via USPS, so you can contact them (for tracked mail) to see where the package has went. For untracked mail, please give up to 2-3 weeks since ship date for the order to arrive for US, and 5-6 weeks since ship date for all international orders. If you still haven't received your order even after this time period, please contact me.

If the order is completely lost, then I will happily send a replacement once. You must cover the shipping fee.

✨I got a notification that my order has arrived, but it's not here yet. What do I do?✨

Sometimes USPS will incorrectly update shipping notifications - it may take another week for your order to show up. If it does not show up after a week please contact me!

Make sure that you have put the correct address, and check with your neighbors to see if they accidentally took them. Contact your post office to see if they have your package as well.

✨My order has been returned to you, what should I do?✨

I will most likely email / contact you ASAP if your order has been returned to me. If you would like it reshipped you must pay for shipping again.

✨ I put the wrong address for my order!✨

Please contact me as soon as possible if you realized you put the wrong address. Unfortunately, if I already shipped the order I cannot provide a refund / exchange unless it somehow gets returned to me. Please double check your address before submitting your order!

Return / Exchange Policy

I accept cancellations if your order has not shipped. I cannot offer refunds / exchanges once the order has been shipped. All sales are final; no exchanges and refunds will be given unless the item is damaged / incorrect.

Refunds will not be given unless the items are damaged upon arrival. I must receive a proof of damage such as a picture within 3-4 days of you receiving the item.

Customs / Taxes / Fees

International buyers are responsible for their country's customs or import taxes upon receiving the items. I am not be responsible for custom charges and losses that occur when a customer refuses to pay the fees/duty.

Below you find a list of all of the countries that I do not currently ship to. This list is always subject to change. If you place an order and I cannot ship to your country I will contact you via email and issue you a full refund.
